Refund policy

At Haldijewellery.com, we take great care in packing and delivering your Haldi jewellery safely. Since our products are specially made for wedding, Haldi and festive occasions, we follow a clear return and refund policy.

Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

After 3 days, we will not be able to accept any return, exchange or refund request.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received a missing item from your order.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Opening Video Required

For any damage, missing item or wrong product claim, an unboxing/opening video is compulsory.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening.
  • Full unboxing process.
  • The product condition.
  • Any damage, missing item or wrong product received.

Claims without an opening video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized jewellery
  • Name jewellery
  • Made-to-order products
  • Products used during Haldi, Mehendi or any function
  • Products damaged due to handling after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items, if mentioned on the product page

Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, express delivery charges, and rush delivery charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our side, such as wrong or damaged product received.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Registered mobile number/email
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Opening video
  • Reason for return or exchange
