We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, natural events, strikes, lockdowns or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, shipping updates will be provided through tracking details wherever available.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong mobile number, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy, such as damaged product received, wrong product received or missing item.
For damage, wrong product or missing item claims, an opening/unboxing video is compulsory.
Customised products, name jewellery, made-to-order items, used products, products damaged after delivery, and products used during any function are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping charges, COD charges, express delivery charges and rush delivery charges are non-refundable.

Section 7 - Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customised, personalised, made-to-order or urgent delivery products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspicious activity, service restrictions or any other reason. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible refund will be processed as per our refund process.
