Thank you for shopping with Haldi Jewellery. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Haldijewellery.com are processed, shipped and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed successfully, we start processing it for packing and dispatch.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During wedding season, festivals, sale periods or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Customized, personalised or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–9 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery may take longer for remote areas, non-serviceable pin codes, public holidays, festivals, weather issues, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We may offer free shipping, discounted shipping or promotional shipping from time to time. Such offers may change without prior notice.

Shipping charges, COD charges, express delivery charges and rush delivery charges are non-refundable.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders and selected pin codes.

COD orders may require confirmation through phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the order is not confirmed, the address is incomplete, or the order appears suspicious.

Express or Urgent Delivery

Express or urgent delivery may be available for selected locations, depending on courier availability.

If you need jewellery for a specific Haldi, Mehendi or wedding date, please place your order in advance.

We will try our best to deliver within the estimated timeline, but we cannot guarantee delivery for a specific function date once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or on your order tracking page, wherever available.

You can use the tracking link to check the current status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Pin code
  • Mobile number
  • Landmark, if required

Haldi Jewellery will not be responsible for delivery failure due to wrong address, incomplete address, wrong mobile number, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel.

If the parcel is returned to us due to any of these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

An opening/unboxing video is compulsory for any damage, wrong item or missing item claim.

The video should clearly show the sealed parcel before opening and the full unboxing process.

Claims without an opening video may not be accepted.

Delayed Delivery

We work with third-party courier partners for shipping and delivery. Sometimes delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, festivals, strikes, local restrictions, natural events or other reasons beyond our control.

Haldi Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

Lost Shipment

If a shipment is marked lost by the courier partner, we will investigate the matter with the courier company.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund as per the situation and product availability.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India.

If international shipping is available in the future, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.
